Hungary said to spend $3.43 billion by 2024

According to reports from Hungary, the government will spend approximately $3.43 billion by 2024 on the improvement of its road network.
According to media sources: "By 2024, the State will spend some 980 billion forints in five instalments on the development of the Hungarian road network."
The prime minister has urged the ministry of finance to supervise the management of the resources necessary to deliver on this ambitious project.
While no clear plan was made available, the government has announced the enlargement of the M1 motorway (linking Hungary with Austria) and parts of the M7 motorway (linking Budapest with the tourist centre Balaton Lake).
