TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Agreement: Submission of the electronic registration form, with or without a deposit, shall constitute a confirmed agreement and acceptance of Terms & Conditions. All matters not expressly covered in the agreement are subject to the reasonable discretion of the Conference Management, whose decision will be final.
Payment Details: The delegates named here will apply to participate in the above-mentioned conference. By submitting your registration, you agree to ensure that full payment is completed:
• Within 14 days of receiving a VAT invoice (if in excess of 30 days to the conference)
• On application (if less than 30 to the conference)
In the event that payment has not been received before the start of the conference, delegate(s) will be refused entry.
Registration Substitutions: Should you be unable to attend, a substitution delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
Cancellation: It is recorded that this Agreement, is final and binding. Therefore, in the event that the Delegate(s) wish to cancel participation, the Delegate(s) may request that the Conference Management may grant such cancellation, subject to the following conditions:
a. Any request for cancellation must be in writing and addressed to the Conference Management;
b. Conference management will not be required to refund any monies paid by the Delegate;
c. Any fees which are due and payable as at the date of the request for cancellation will remain due and payable
General: In the unlikely event that the conference has to be cancelled, The Infrastructure Exchange is not liable for any travel and accommodation costs incurred by attendees in connection with their registration. The Infrastructure Exchange retains the right to amend the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, venue and dates. The Infrastructure Exchange shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement if the failure or delay is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including unavailability of the venue of the event, act of God, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, malicious damage by a third party, strike, lock-out or other employee dispute, compliance with a law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or disease outbreak (pandemic or epidemic).
